Ive been there a fair few times. It's not a bad place and certainly feels like the place you should go for special occasions in Barnard Castle, but the reality is that the food and service is extremely overpriced. I don't know if it's the swanky atmosphere that numbs people's taste buds into believing their food is exquisite or the forced foreign accents... All I know is you're far better off going to the Red Well or somewhere else that does decent food.June 20, 2016
